Obverse description Multicolour print. Predomenantly purple and green. The national emblems of Oman. It is an insignia consisting of a khanjar inside its sheath that is superimposed upon two crossed swords. Centered, on background, is the Omani incense burner. To the right a colored portrait of Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said.

Reverse description Multicolour print. Predomenantly purple and green. On left side is RNOV Shabab Oman, a barquentine which serves as a training ship for the Royal Navy of Oman.On top are flying greater flamingos. At the bottom are old Omani silver jewelry and silver female anklet bracelet of Baluchi people. Above Omani silver jewelry is Minaret of a mosque. In lower right corner is Jalali fortress.
