In the center, the denomination value `10`, below the denomination in words `DIEZ BOLIVARES` «Ten Bolívares» and the payment clause `PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO` «Payments to the Bearier in the Offices of the Bank». On the top, the issuer name `BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA` «Central Bank of Venezuela». Below the issuer name, the word `CARACAS`.
