ART. 5º. LAS OBLIGACIONES DE TESORERÍA GOZARÁN DE LA RENTABILIDAD DEL 6% ANUAL, SERÁN AMORTIZADAS EN EL TÉRMINO MÁXIMO DE DOCE AÑOS, CUYO EFECTO SE DESTINARÁ ANUALMENTE EN EL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL UNA SUMA QUE NO BAJE DE LA DÉCIMA PARTE DE LA EMISIÓN TOTAL.
