The tiara and keys of the Pontificate, corresponding to the International category that was granted to him by Pope Innocent XI on June 18, 1687. 2. Portrait of San Carlos Borromeo, patron of the King of Spain, Don Carlos II. 3. Towers and lions, which correspond to the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Spain and which would come to represent the Kingdoms of Castilla y León. 4.
