Name of issuing entity in dark brown centered on top above text and value in text within a 4.5-inch bar, with on either side, the numeric value within an octagon with sides arced in, filled with radial-in microprint CEYLONGOVT. Value below in Sinhala on left and in Tamil on right. Place and date of issuance centered below.
