Above it, in Arabic lettering, appear the name of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, the number and date of the Royal Decree pursuant to which it was issued and the name of King Abdullah. To the right we see the picture of late King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud.
